It’s safe to say that summer has hung up its hat for the time being and the 2016 season has come to an end. Andrew, the co-founder of Sardinia Yoga has shared a few words with us:
‘A huge thank you from Andrew and Dawn at Sardinia Yoga to all our wonderful guests, to the hotel staff at the Grand Hotel in Porto Cervo, Hotel Cala d’Or in Majorca and Hotel Mlini in Croatia for all their flexibility and warm hospitality and to our fabulous yoga teachers for their inspiring teachers and all their hard work.
This year we hosted well over 800 guests, 40% up on 2015. This included hundreds of repeat guests, which is very exciting. Some guests visited all 3 venues in one year, a very special tour of yoga by several beaches. We are starting to put together our plan for 2017 and we will send details by newsletter and here on the Blog in the next few weeks.’
A few words from guests this year:
“It was amazing to do yoga practice whilst listening to the sounds of the sea and looking out over the azure ocean”
“The hotel, yoga and company were more than I could have wished for. I really can’t think of a more wonderful relaxing holiday – Yoga in an amazing setting, first class Hotel, excellent food and wine! And wonderful company who made me feel so inclusive”
“You will be pleased to hear I have got up and practiced yoga each morning since arriving home”
“Nothing like yoga to guarantee quality time with very nice people!”
“…and I can sleep better now compare to last month”
Don’t panic though, the Sardinia Yoga blog will still be here with weekly posts, to give you your fill of all things yoga related! But for now take time to enjoy the changing of the seasons, the crunchy leaves beneath your feet and cosy evenings with a mug of something delicious and warm!
