Jaqui Wan is a certified Ashtanga Yoga and Acro Yoga teacher and a specialist in Thai massage. Her practice spans over 15 years and as a result of this she has accumulated thousands of hours of self practice and training by many different teachers and in many different styles. Her teaching is dynamic, at times challenging yet playful and brings together hatha static poses to vinyasa flows and offers everything for beginners to those more advanced.
Jaqui has recently spent a week with us in Croatia and here are her thoughts on the trip:
‘After a morning yoga session and group brunch we would spend the day lounging by the pool or beach or hitting the road for an adventure to see Dubrovnik’s wonderful coastline.
There are so many great little local finds, in terms of restaurants, that it’s hard to say which were favourites and the same goes for ‘secret spots’ along the coast – there’s always somewhere different to explore every day!
Getting a daily dose of sunshine was so great and really just what you need and one of my favourite memories is when the group and I spent a great day heading to Dubrovnik by boat.
Along with all the usual essentials like suntan lotion and a good book never forget to bring with you the opportunity to relax!’
