Sardinia – something for everybody

After spending a week relaxing, unwinding and reconnecting with yourself at Sardinia Yoga,  why not spend a few days exploring this majestic little island? Sardinia has it’s own traditions, language, cuisine and culture and it’s love at first site for so many of those who visit!

Whether it’s a few days of adventure you’re after or a slightly slower pace of life this wonderful island offers it all. Sardinia has some of the best beaches you’ll find, the sand is whiter than white and the seas are just the bluest. You can walk across the dunes of Costa Verde, or set up camp for the day on the bays of the Costa del Sud.

Or how about a hike through the Tiscali nuragic ruins, or walk the coastal path of Cala  Luna – not for those faint of heart! Fancy yourself as a windsurfer, then head up to the north coast or would you say that diving is more your thing? Then the shipwrecks off of Cagliari’s coast or the submerged Roman ruins are waiting for you to discover them!

For those culture vultures among us there is the Museo Diocesano d’Arte Sacra, in the ocean side town of Alghero and don’t forget to admire the gothic Cattedrale di Santa Maria.

We’d love for you to share your tips on Sardinia and all the great things you can get up to, please comment below!
